My husband and I are from Michigan. It was very hard for us to find a Lutheran pastor to marry us in Missouri since we had no family in the state who belonged locally to a Lutheran church. Looking online for a pastor is very difficult; especially when you don't know the area so well. We found Traveling Wedding Ministers and were impressed by his attention to detail in the different ceremonies he offered. The last thing we were concerned with was where to have our wedding. Every park we called didn't allow for them and we sure didn't want to spend an enormous amount for our 1/2 hour wedding (it is quite hot in the beginning of July). They helped us find the perfect place in the first phone call to him. Our wedding couldn't have been more wonderful. They were very professional and really took the time to talk to our families and make sure we had all the necessary paperwork to make it official. Overall amazing experience! |
Our story is about our excellent service from Traveling Wedding Ministers. While my soon to be husband, Curtis, was deployed in Iraq we knew we wanted to plan an exciting adventure for our wedding ceremony. We wanted something memorable to take place while he was on his two week leave before he had to return. We came up with the idea of a ceremony 500 ft. in the sky overlooking Branson, Mo. in the worlds largest teethered balloon. My next mission was to find someone to officate our ceremony. Not your average pastor would be willing to take the risk, especially at 9:00 in the evening. After some searching I came upon Traveling Wedding Ministers, after a quick email, I was suprized and overjoyed to learn they were willing and able. Not only did Jeff come all the way to Branson, with his wife, but he also made the trip on his birthday! This was a once in a lifetime experience for us and we appreciate how easy Traveling Wedding Ministers made it come true for us. |
